3. The control method has been redesigned using P.L.C. programming, making maintenance easy.
4. The machine is equipped with six hot air blowers to activate the heel counter. The duration and temperature of the hot air can be adjusted according to the thickness of the heel counter.
5. The inner mold can be quickly replaced, making it suitable for the production of athletic shoes, work shoes, and casual shoes.
6. To ensure precise shaping, the machine is equipped with focusing lights and multifunctional clamps to achieve complete conformity between the shoe upper and the mold.
