Description
- The cold mold uses a universal airbag, eliminating the need to custom-make outer molds. Only the aluminum inner mold needs to be custom-made according to the shoe type.
- The inflation and deflation of the airbag are controlled by a series of air pressure valves in conjunction with the PLC. The vacuum contraction device ensures that the airbag is retracted and expanded after deflation, maintaining maximum working space without causing friction to the shoe. The airbag is made of special materials and equipped with a protective cover, resulting in a beautiful pressing effect.
- The aluminum mold uses a PID-controlled SSVR system to keep the temperature difference within ±3°C.
- The work light not only provides illumination but also assists the edging tool in accurately positioning the shoe upper.
- An additional preheating system is installed, which can effectively reduce the preheating time.
- An optional temperature monitoring system can be added, allowing direct monitoring and adjustment of the temperature from the office.
