The machinery industry in Taiwan is often viewed as a more traditional sector. To attract more young talent to the shoemaking equipment industry, we have partnered with local universities to promote an internship program, allowing young people to gain a close-up understanding of the shoemaking industry. We hope this initiative will inspire more young people to join the shoemaking industry.
