UPPER LASTING

  1. This Section includes toe lasting, side lasting and heel lasting.
  2. Wearing method of shoe bow and length,should be in accordance with the standard and be used separately (can be used a color to distinguish with its length).
  3. When operating toe-lasting, the operator should straighten the uppers on the lasts as well as adjusting the heel height properly.
  4. When side-lasting the operator must be careful to pull both side of the upper on the last in proper tension.
  5. Be sure to adjust the heel height according to the marks on the lasts before doing heel-lasting due to make the product shoes in the same height in pairs.
  6. This section should have inspecting people to repair failed lasting uppers.
